How do I add new To-Dos to pages?

To-Dos are another tool to help users add content to your site. By adding a To-Dos to pages on your site, needed content and changes become easily discoverable at a site and page level. Also, To-Dos will help empower new users and focus existing contributors by directing them to what content is needed. Check out the video demos or scroll down for detailed instructions.

Note: The Wetpaint interface has changed significantly since these videos were made. We'll get them updated soon. See the section below for more detailed instructions.

Send a User a Notification

After adding a To-Do to a page you will have the opportunity to send another user on the site a notification about the To-Do. You might like to use this feature to contact new or power users directly about a To-Do hoping to bring their attention and skills to resolving the To-Do.
Type the recipient's username in the To: field or select To: and add the user name from the Address Book.
