There is a process that some have learned to colorize text in threads. It is not supported by Wetpaint. Ask those that know how to do it and hope they will teach you.
Many moderators will create a wiki where they can discuss freely amongst themselves without the general public reading what they discuss on their wiki. Do not feel annoyed because you cannot be involved. The real world outside Wetpaint, has many closed door sessions, or for employees only rooms. It is a part of every business. It is something you may want to get used to and let it roll off your back.
