I could never understand why it was legal for a woman to do the same job as a man but get paid less wages. I think there should be some type of law preventing employer from this unequal treatment , if you can do the job why should it matter if you-re male or female when it comes to wages?

I wish to, As Moderator/Creator for my site, be able to cancel inactive members from my site member list, but without banning them. Is this possible, and if so, how do I do this. I know the members can cancel but I find no way for the moderator to cancel them.

Okay... let me get this straight. I'm a little confused about how permissions work. I've read all the documentation regarding permissions but it's still confusing.
I would like to build a public site where only "writers" can edit the content, but "registered users" can comment and start new discussion threads but cannot edit page content. From what i've read so far, it appears that this is only possible if I make my site private. Am I correct?

If a person is set as "Registered" can they edit the pages they create because only writers have "edit pages" permission?
In other words if I want to have people register and create their own pages but not edit my pages or the overall site pages, (they could create their own personal page and sub-pages etc as if administering their own site under our site but should not be able to edit site pages outside of their own created pages) is that what Registered users can do? Or, would I have to lock all site pages I don't want registered users to edit?

I was the creator of narutofanwiki.com, then I canceled membership, then I rejoined, now I'm a registered user, and then someone made me admin. Is there anyway I can be a creator again? Oh yes, am I still counted as a creator?

Ive tried to follow the instructions for this by going into my member profile but there is no button for 'changing permission' in my profile box. I want to change myself from creator to administrator. Any ideas!!

On my wiki, I decided I don't like my username anymore and would like to change. I am the creator. Is there some way I could do this with openID and still be the creator?

I am the creator of a wiki that requires an invitation to join, and I'm trying to figure out how to customize the page that folks would see if they have not yet been invited (I want to post this URL on my related, non-Wetpaint website). At the very least, I would like to have it have the same logo that is on the pages invited members see. How do I do this??
I believe it's in the Settings option where you can see a sample "Seattle Mountain Bikers" page that has this set up... the page non-members would view, with their logo at the top. All I get is my site name, even though I've set my webpages to display a logo instead. Any advice?

While changing my member profile (i am the creator of my wiki) i accidentally canceled my membership. My wiki no longer recognizes me as the creator which is really terrible. i spent a lot of time on my wiki.
how can i reclaim my wiki and once again have it recognize me as the creator and not just a random member?
