Moderation in Promotion area

I have always wondered why moderators are not allowed in the promotion area. Can someone please clarify?

and my friend (creator) banned me for fun. Then when I was made an admin again I couldn't ban him. Can admins ban other admins?

If you did not find what the creator was doing fair, then, you could just leave the site and find another site with the same theme as the old one. Maybe, once you leave, the mean creator will realize what they were doing wrong, and change. You cannot do much to change a creator. If they are being evil and mean, leave the site. They will learn that the way they are acting is no way to get new or keep members.

You can make your site a writer only site so only people you make as writers can edit your site. You can also make your site private so only people you invite can view your site.

If you have the correct position, you can ban them. Their username is still there, but they can not log on and will only be listed on Friends lists.
