I tried the "forgot password" option, but that didn't work. Are accounts closed/deleted for inactivity. I haven't been into the account for a few months.

ok so i cant sign in two of my accounts!!!!!! i definitly know the username and password and i knw i was correctly typing it in! and it cant send me an email because i didnt use my real email well i did at first but then i got so many emails from wetpaint about my site and it was annoying so i changed my email to something fake and now it cant send me an email both accounts own a website but both sites are shut down by the creator me not like by wetpaint! What should i do? what should i do if this keeps happening?

The password of a user (not me) password just stopped working. This is her email: "said it did not recognize me. I requested a new password, received the e-mail to create a new one did, got in but when I went to go in again, it did not recognize me again. I have done this at least 3-4 times. It was always a bit weird in that when I got an e-mail notice of wiki activity and clicked on that link, it would not let me in (same issue) but if I went to the saved wiki link in favorites, I could. Now I can’t get in anywhere.

I set up a site and never received a confirmation email. I cannot sign in now, and the Forgot Your Password feature is also not sending me a reset password. I fear I may have typed in my email address incorrectly. What do I do?

A member of our wiki, the Role Play Legacy, has decided to quit. She said she would give me, the creator, her username and password so I could sign in and take care of some things. However, the password she sent me does not appear to be working, and apparently I can't receive it through e-mail. It might even be the right password, and just a glitch with my computer that won't let me sign in. Either way, I need some help. Please tell me what to do.

Every time I try to sign in it tells me that it can't find my username and/or password. I have checked and triple-checked, and I know I am entering them correctly. Nevertheless, the next time I try to sign in it makes me create a new password again.

I have an account, I have verified my password. i click on the link to log in and the little icon that says things are working spins, and spins, and spins, and spins, and spins, and spins, and spins, and spins, and spins . . . without ever coming to the point of really logging in. I have dumped the temp files. cleared my cache, and done all the little troubleshooting that usually clears the problem that means that I don't have a truly web-based, usable anywhere there is an internet connection experience. Any ideas?

Okay, in multitasking haze in signing up as a new user I incorrectly entered my birthdate at 01/01/2008 (I'm really significantly older than that), and now when I try to respond to invitations, it immediately flips past the user information screen to the access denied page. Is there a way of correcting this to restore access and/or wiping my account so I can start from scratch?

Trying to create my own site. I work in a library, and we have one for our department. I am not able to create a new site (for my own geneaolgy stuff), says email i type in is already being used--It's me. Can't I use the same email address. I don't want a new email site.

One of my members can't sign in even after he has changed his password. After changing his password, and he logs off, once he signs in again using the new passward, he still gets the message that Wetpaint can't find his account.
Please help. He's checked that his username and password are all entered correctly.

For some reason, the signing in box is not active. Each time I hit Post reply, the box comes up, but the fields are not active. I cannot write my username and password ib them. Have tried many times during today, with no effect.. What's wrong?!

When I hit the Sign In button, there is supposed to be a little box that pops up that I type my screen name and password in, but when I click the Sign In button, nothing pops up.

ever since i created the account i have not been able to sign in. i am using the correct username. i checked that with the email wetpaint sent when i created the account and when i go to the site that i am a member of my account is there. everytime i try to log in it does not work. i try to change my password, i get the email to change it but when i type in a new password it still does not work. please help.
