1. If you are on the Internet, minimize your browser and right-click on the mouse on your desktop background.
2. Choose Properties on the menu that appears.
3. Click on the Settings tab at the top of the pop-up screen that comes up.
4. Look for the little slide tab entitled Screen Resolution.
5. Slide the tab by clicking on it with your cursor, to the right to select 1024 x 768, then click Apply.
6. Your screen will readjust itself, and ask you if you want to save the settings. Choose OK.
1. Open the display section control panel.
2. Click "Screen Resolution."
3. Select the resolution drop down and move the arrow up or down until you have the preferred screen resolution.![]()

1. Click anywhere on the desktop.
2. Select "personalize.
3. Select "display settings".
4. Use wiper bar to select the "1024 by 768" resolution.
5. Click OK to save changes.
1. Click on the spotlight icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
2. Type "system preferences."
3. Click on the top result.
4. Click on the "displays" button.
5. Select the "1024 by 768" resolution.

Well I tried that with my computer... And it just messed it up. Now everything is going pretty slow. Well it was until I got a new computer. -_-
