There is nothing wrong with the link to your site as posted in this thread. I arrived at your wiki with not problems.

Here is a couple of things you can try.
Have the people send the link to your wiki back to you, as they are using it, to see if they have a typo in the address. If the address is ok, then it may be blocked in their firewall, or browser or ISP.

The most common is the browser. I have not seen Firefox attempt to block sites automatically, but Internet Explorer is notorious for doing so.

If IE, open up Tools - Internet Options - Select Privacy Tab - Sites and check to see if your wiki address is in the list and then select always allowed. If it is not there, click on ADD and add your wiki address and select always allowed.
