I have a site for a middle school chess club, and some members are younger than thirteen. is this a problem? is there an age limit that prevents them from becoming a member on the site for their club?

Children under 13 are not allowed to join Wetpaint due to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) laws, which we must comply with. Google Coppa laws to read for yourself." Thanks for that information, which I did not know. I looked for something about age restrictions but couldn't find it here either inthe privacy section or the FAQs or anywhere that looked like it might address it. I didn't even see a TOS! It might be a good idea to feature this a bit more prominently. I will abide by them, I just wanted to know what prevented it.
