I too was wondering if it was still free for educational sites to have advertisements removed for free. I am with an educational organization, and we would love to use Wet Paint, but we can't if the ads need to stay on the site.

why has wetapint removed the recent activity feature? this was a way to easily see whats going on. i think it was much better with it on

All schools in the state of WV are blocked from YouTube. We do however, provide a lot of video activities with Public Service Announcements, Digital Stories about educational content, and more! We want our students and teachers to be able to share these videos with one another but we are not able to do it in our wiki because of the limitations and lockdowns of YouTube. I feel VERY strongly that you should allow at least the education sites to upload video directly to Wetpaint even if it is just as an attachment that you can link to. At least it would be a place that we could share and showcase our education video projects safely. It has been brought to my attention that PB Works allows this. However, I have been using Wetpaint for several years and would prefer to continue.

As a school educational site, I may not be allowed to continue my wetpaint site if I can't remove the Share this addition. My school administration does not want a curriculum site directly linked to social networking sites. Is there any way to remove the link?

more fonts
we should be able to edit the links at the top of the page and everything else we cant edit whenever you rollover a link it should show a mini version of the page so you can see it before you click thats about it i hope you make these important changes and i think they will be very helpful

We currently use a wiki to share learning materials and instructional designs in a specific domain. Many user want to add files and the 40 file limit is reached quickly. You maybe make some money offering an upgrade to 1000 attachments for a few dollar/euro when the limit is reached.

I believe that Wetpaint wikis should be able to change the colors and design a new style for their wiki. Most wikis that are partners with Wetpaint such as "Fox" and "ShowTime" are allowed to create custom styles and change wiki colors.
It would be nice to offer this very soon. I believe it will increase Wetpaint activity, because it will make Wetpaint wikis look more proffesional and more fun to add content.

I would like Wetpaint to offer the ability to to add additional attachments that may exceed 2MB.
I realize that there are other websites that allow this, but I would rather just upload my docs to Wetpaint. I would also like to be able to purchase this enhanced service with a once per year payment and not a monthly credit card charge. I thought I saw this offer availabel once, but now it seesm it is not available.
