I forgot my password, what should I do?

1. Make sure that you have Caps Lock off as that may affect it.
2. Make sure that you are signing in with a correct username.
3. Try some passwords that you normally use.

I still fail to sign on, what do I do now?

1. On the sign-in dialog, click "Forgot your password?"


2. Type in your email address and click "Send Password".
