Why Organize?

To Help People Find Information Easily

When searching a site for information or entertainment, it can be frustrating if you can't find what you want. This is why it is very important to have your site organized.

An organized site also means that it's easy for users to not only find content on your site, but also easily navigate around clicking on links and going from page-to-page.

Tips:

• Organize the pages on your site logically, by topic and subtopic.
• Use direct, clear page names, with keywords wherever possible.
• Use links to allow a user to navigate around your site.

If there is a lot of content on the site, consider creating sub-pages for every topic. Simply break the site down into sections (similar to chapters in a book) with each section having its own landing page. You can then group pages with the same topic together.
