New Member Message
Located in the Member Communications area within Wiki Settings,the ‘New Member Message’, allows you set-up a private message that gets sent automatically to new members when they sign up. Use the new member message to welcome new members and let them know how they can get started contributing to your wiki. It’s a great way to on-board them into your wiki communities and, after set-up, it’s all automatic!
If you are not sure what to say, use our standard message to get started. Be sure to welcome users when they first arrive on your site as well with the new site greeting feature.
Once you have saved your changes, new members should receive your message as soon as they join.
