Creating your very own MixPod Music Playlist can be quick and easy. What makes MixPod unique is that it allows you to also have videos straight from Youtube for users to view. You will also have the ability to choose from a number of different styles and colors.
Search for songs and videos that you wish to add to your playlist.
Click the + to add your choice to your playlist.
Customizing your Playlist
Select "My Playlists"
Find the Playlist you wish to customize, select the option to the right labeled "Change Skin"
You should be taken directly to the customizing portion, but more often times than not you won't be so select tab #2 labeled "Customize"
Choose your skin, colors & styles, and additional settings to your liking.
Select tab #3 labeled "Save Playlist" fill in the name of your Playlist and click save at the bottom.
How to get Code
If you already customized your profile you will be able to skip this first step by clicking "Click Here" after you save your playlist. Select "My Playlist" and select "Get Code" to the right of the the Playlist you wish to export.
You will be given a code right away, however the code you will be given is for MySpace. This is not the code you will want to add your Playlist!!!
On the left you will see a number of different options, you will want to select the last option "Other Sites" and copy the code that you are presented with.
How to add a Playlist
In order to add a Playlist to a page, you will need to click on the "EasyEdit" button.
Place your cursor where you'd like to display your music player, and click on the "Widget" button in the Toolbar.
The "Add Widget" dialog will appear.
Select the Other Widget box.
Select your Playlist and paste the code to embed it to your website, wiki, blog, etc.
After you've added your Playlist, an "Edit Player" dialog will appear. This will allow you to change the size of your Playlist with the (-) & (+). It is recommended that you keep the Playlist in it's original size for better capability. When the size is to your liking, click the "Done" button.
