Member Profile Template
Each site is configured on creation with a default Member Profile Template. Site creators and administrators can edit the default profile to customize it for the site topic.
Having a simple template to follow is a great way to get new site members started. Profile templates also help members know what they have in common with other site members. Want to ask each member what their favorite movie is? Drop it in the template. Curious about their home town? You can add that too.

Customize the Member Profile Template
- Open a wiki & sign in as an administrator
- Open the Communications tab
- Open the Member Profile Template link
- Click on the "EasyEdit" button…
and the toolbar will appear.
- Type in your new text, edit what's there, or paste in text from another document. You can use the formatting buttons in the toolbar to change the alignment and format of the text, just as you would with a word processing program.
- When you're satisfied, click on the "Save" button in the toolbar.

I was editting the new user template on a site which I am using as a RP site.
Oh well, I accidentaly erased all my work and then saved it. Now when I want to edit it, it won't let me do that. The whole 'edit space' is now a thin line and I can't type annything in it! :( Here is my site link.. I don't know if I explained what happened well but I hope that you have any ideea how I can edit the Member Profile Template again. http://thedepartingsanityclan.wetpaint.com Is there a way to fix it? I was editing the new user template on a site which I am trying to get set up before I open it. Anyways, I saved it, and I have no idea what happened, but on my profile I noticed that the part where it says "Hello, my name is [YOUR NAME]" Is not on the actual profile part. What I mean is, I can't edit it, I can't remove it! I tried removing it on the actual "New User Template" thing, but when I click "Easy Edit," I still can't edit or remove those words! They are like permanently on the profile!!
Here is my site's link. I have no idea what to do and I don't know if any of that made any sense.
