I'm proud to have a wetpaint site, but it disturbs me a lot when I start up the site and see at the startpage a big block with all my keyword tags,latest page update,more info and bookmarks. Good to have these items, but why not the possibility to hide this information. It's better for the layout of the startpage

Browse by Keyword not showing any keywords. tags
I do any serch on my site (poolwerxzees.wetpaint.com) and I get "There are no keyword tags." under "Browse by Keywords", yet I do have tags.
Any ideas why not working ?

Keyword Tags + Custom template
When you add a new page, if you add some keyword tags, and then you select a custom template, the keywords will disappear, and you have to add them again. This seems happens in both firefox and Internet explorer 7.
Its much easier to do them when you are adding a new page as you can just put commas in between the keywords

Popular Keyword Tags?
The Keyword Tag cloud was removed and replaced with the Top Contributors cloud with yesterday's release. We are planning on re-adding the keyword tag cloud onto the Search results page with the next release. The new contributor cloud increases awareness of who is in the community and who is the most active on the site.

Keyword tags disappearing when adding page.
When you add a new page, if you add some keyword tags, and then you select a custom template, the keywords will disappear, and you have to type them again. Using Internet explorer 7.

Can I set "Browse by Keywords" to be expanded as the default for new visitors, so they can see the tags ?

Please Help Save the "Popular Keyword Tags" Feature!
1. The latest release of wetpaint "dropped" (like a bomb I must say) this critical feature as 0f 06/20/07
2. Many existing wetpaint sites use the standard navigation menu to refer to content types (articles, photos, videos, documents, links) then use the Popular Keyword Tags to cross reference the content types by subject keywords to provide a rich set of navigational "clues" for new users of a site. (i.e. like a card catalog in a multimedia Library)
3. Removing the "Popular Keyword Tags" is analogous to having your Card Catalog removed by the Librarian from your websites! Bummer indeed!
4. Wetpaint Central suggests they will remedy this blunder by displaying these Tags AFTER you search for something in the Search box. This is analogous to now asking you, the site user, to first ask the Librarian to see the Card Catalog in the back room to find content. How absurd.
Please help me in getting this feature back. Post your comments to this Forum before it is too late. Thank you.

At this time, Wetpaint does not allow HTML editing of sites. You may use our 'Add Tags' tool (which is placed on each page) to add tags though.

Site Tags
I would also like to see Hidden Keyword Tags, Maybe even the option to Minimize the Update Bar to only show Update information until Maximized.

Bring the Keyword Browse Feature Back!
I agree about the value of this distiguishing feature of wetpaint.
Changes to the fundamental features such as the "Popular Keyword Tags" should not be done until a thorough discussion among the user community for the need for such a change. I hope the developers of webpaint in the future will discuss the impacts of major revisions such as this with ther user community BEFORE they implement them. Wetpaint is really very innovative in the user interface compared to other wikis I have researched and I would like to continue to use it. Lets see how they respond to "our" concerns before abandoning the ship.

Show All Tags
There really needs to be some way to display all keyword tags for a given wiki, rather than just the most popular 20-or-so tags that appear in the tag cloud. I've seen requests for this, but have not seen an actual answer to those requests, and it seriously cripples the wiki's usefulness. What do you say?
