 | Removing Advertisements | Wetpaint has updated the removing advertisements feature. Here is how you do it. For more info, check out this page.
How do I get ads turned off on my site?
- To get started, sign in to your Wetpaint site. (You must be the site creator or a site administrator)
- Navigate to the Settings area.
- Click on the "Upgrades" to see the full menu of Premium Services.
- Click the “Remove Advertising” button to start the purchase process.
- Complete the checkout to purchase the service. You will need a credit card for this step.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your payment is accepted, and your subscription will begin
Here is how you cancel the remove advertisements feature:
How do I cancel my subscription to remove advertising? For most customers, the cancellation procedure is as follows:
- Sign in to your Wetpaint site and go to the Settings section.
- Click on the "Upgrades" tab, which displays your subscription status.
- Click on “Cancel subscription” link.
If you subscribed using PayPal during our beta test, your cancellation steps are as follows:
- Sign in to your Wetpaint site and go to the Settings section.
- Click on the "Upgrades" tab.
- Click the "Go to PayPal" link and login to your PayPal Account
- Follow the PayPal instructions for cancellation
Ads will be turned back on following subscription cancellation.
