"whats the widget code thing for playlist so i can add one on my site"

The page that this thread was posted on clearly states that Imeem is no longer supported.

To add a widget for a playlist to a page.

Once you select a host such as Playlist or Grooveshark as recommended above, you must JOIN there.

Then you can CREATE a playlist by selecting songs that are available on that host.

After creating your playlist on the host, there will be an option to SHARE your playlist. The share option will give an EMBED code to copy.

The embed code must be a FLASH code to play on your wiki.

The copied code can be placed into the OTHER widget window of the Widget tool in easy edit mode.

After adding the widget, you must refresh the page for the playlist to load. If this is not done, the widget will display "Playlist is Empty"

If you are going to put a playlist on your profile, you must follow the procedure outlined on this thread

Are you talking about a song from Imeem? If so,. Imeem has now merged with Myspace and is no longer a widget supported by Wetpaint. If not, please explain further where you are getting the song from and where your are tryingt to put the song and how.

Mixpod changed their codes again. Go to the m.eisenbrei's playlist again and at the bottom of the playlist window you will see the word EMBED. Click inside that window and the text will highlight. Right Click and select copy. Paste the copied code into the Other Widgets window of the Widget tool in easy edit mode. Your playlist should play. The code you have listed above is not correct.

If the player still doesn't list the 10 tracks nor play. make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. You can download the latest version here

Yeah now with imeem gone and wetpaint phasing out supporting the Mixpod player widget wetpaint is really going downhill ^_^

You can also upload the sound files as an attachment to the page. Then create a link to the attachments on the page itself. Here is how:
1. Make the sound files a wav file. (works best)
2 Go to the page which will hold the different sounds and select Add Attachment.
3. Right click on the filename of the attached file. Copy the URL address for that file.
4. Easyedit your page and type in a sound description and select Link from the toolbar and paste the copied URL in the link window.. This will be a link directly to the attached wav file.
5. Do this for all your different wav files.

When visitors click on the links, the audio will play from that page.

Imeem cuts the most songs short to 30 seconds when you embed them into a site. If you want to listen to the whole song, you can click on the song and listen to the full songs on Imeem. Sorry, but this is how Imeem is doing it.
