The biggest difference is that Wetpaint sites are EASY. Where other collaborative sites expect you to know complicated syntax or programming knowledge, all you need to know to contribute to a Wetpaint site is how to click a button and type. If you know how to use Microsoft Word, or Notepad you can edit a Wetpaint Site.
