Q. Can I get an email address for my Wetpaint domain name?
A. No, this is not an option we have at this time. If a Wetpaint member were to use their Wetpaint email account to send out spam, the wetpaint.com domain could potentially be blacklisted by popular email providers such as Yahoo! and Gmail.
Wetpaint does have a messaging feature that can be used to communicate with the community on your site.
One option you may want to look into is getting a custom email address along with a custom domain name. Many domain registrar services offer hosted email along with a custom domain.

Yes, I understand that part. But is it possible that we could have a email such as:
example@wetpaintmail If wetpaint offered email accounts, that would be awesome. I understand costum domain name no email thing. But if wetpaint offered wetpiantmail, that would be cool. |

you know, i have a christian rock band, and it is not that convienent to have Wetpaint e-mails in your provided email address, and then other users messaging you. It would be a lot easier to build an email feature in our wikis then using 2 different things at 1ce. And, once you join a wiki, you should get an e-mail account for that wiki. But when an admin removes your account, the email address should be removed.

it's good to have my own email ad for my wetpaint domain name because it can really be cool! i can also easily access my mail without leaving your site. it looks good too on a business card
