Administrators have the same level of access to site settings as the site creator does. Make sure that you give users administrator status only if they are proven to be very trustworthy and responsible. If you were to cancel membership to every site you are a member of you would essentially have no presence on Wetpaint. Use the "Search this wiki" box (top left on every wiki) to search the wiki for a particular piece of information. Then just add the content for that page inside the table to have the background colour behind the content.
