  2. Place your cursor where you'd like to display your calendar, and click on the "Widget" button in the toolbar.

The "Add Widget" dialog will appear.

  3. Google Calendar - Wetpaint Central Select the Google Calendar widget. The "Add Calendar" dialog will appear.
  4. Enter your Google email address into the open text field and then click "Add Google Calendar."
  5. After you've added your calendar, an "Edit Calendar" dialog will appear. You can change the size of your calendar by using the (-) or (+) options. You can also change where your calendar appears in relationship to the copy on the page by using the layout icons. When you're satisfied with the size and layout of your calendar image, click on the "Done" button.

If your calendar does not appear, or you see a message warning you that the calendar does not have public access enabled, you will need to grant public access for your calendar. For more information on how to enable public access, visit Google's help center.

Note:If you have more than one Google Calendar, Wetpaint will, by default, select the first one listed. The quick work-around to this is as follows:

1. In Google Calendar, select the calendar you'd like to add to your Wetpaint wiki-site, and view that calendar's settings (click the down arrow next to the calendar's name, select "Calendar Settings").
2. Under the "Calendar Details" tab of the "Calendar Settings" menu (should display by default), go down to the bold-faced heading titled "Embed This Calendar".
3. Highlight and copy (Ctrl+C or Apple+C, or Edit>Copy) the code that appears in the white box (beneath the directions "Paste this Code into your Website")
4. Go to your Wetpaint wiki-site, to the page in which you'd like to embed your calendar, click "EasyEdit", and then click the button on the EasyEdit toolbar to add a Widget.
5. Scroll down to the "Other Widget" Icon and click it.
6. Paste your the code from your Google Calendar into the box that comes up, and then click "Add Widget".
7. Edit as per the directions above.

Note: You cannot view a widget while editing a page; at that time, you will see a placeholder icon that represents your widget. Your widget will be viewable after you save the page.

I have a google calendar, but not a gmail account. When I type in the e-mail address associated with my google calendar wetpaint says that it is an invalid e-mail account because it doesn't have "@gmail.com" in the address... Anyone know what to do?
