ip banningIP banning prevents the connection between a server/website and certain IP addresses or ranges of addresses. IP blocking effectively bans undesired connections from those computers to the Wetpaint network.
moderatora person who is granted special abilities to enforce the rules on an online discussion forum. On Wetpaint wikis, a moderator's authority extends to the entire site.
