How to Format Content

There are many different ways that you can change how the text looks on your Wiki. In this section, you will learn how to make headers and subheads; how to create bold, underlined, and italics text; how to make an ordered list; and finally, how to change the font, font size, and color of words. If you have any questions or comments about this guide, please contact Moderator Baby_Apple.

Headers and Sub-Headers:

If you wish to title a section of your page, like I have done above, you can highlight the text you wish to change, then, just to the right of the back and forward buttons, click Normal, Header, or Subhead. Look at the example below to find out what each of these look like:

NormalHello
Header

Hello

Subhead

Hello

Font Types

There are several different font types you can use to format the content of your Wiki. I have demonstrated all of them below. Please know that if you try to paste content onto Wetpaint that is in a different font such as Papyrus, it will not work.

Font Sizes

There are seven different font sizes available on your Wetpaint Wiki. All of them are demonstrated below. Note that if you try to paste something onto your wiki that is larger than 36 point, or smaller than 7 point, it will not work.

Bold, Italics, and Underlined Text

Wetpaint features standard font styles that include Bold text, Italic text, and Underlined text. You can change the font style by clicking the B, I, or U buttons to the right of the font color button. You can also combine font styles. The different font styles, and font style combinations are demonstrated below:

Ordered Lists

It is easy to create ordered lists with Wetpaint. To create a numbered list, click on the icon just to the right of the align right icon. To create a bullets list, click the icon to the right of the numbered list icon. The ordered lists are demonstrated below:
