Going off of what Bell said, i will just say that Firefox is the best browser for Wetpaint. Good Chrome and IE both do not work well with WP (Chrome does not enable many editing features). As for other browsers, I am not sure.

If the Easy Edit button isn't showing up in the top left hand corner, then I would check to be sure you are still allowed to edit through the site's permissions before anything else, but assume you have done that.

Hi anonymous. There is a way to increase the number of attachments you can use. Look into box.net
https://www.box.com/ . They provide storage of files (doc, pdf, mp3, txt, fla, xls and more) that can be shared on your wiki with an embed code that works with Wetpaint.

Register for the free personal service and you will be able to have 5 gigabyte of storage available. Files are kept in folders similar to Windows. Very easy to use and will also allow for the files to be downloaded to other's computer if desired.

I found it quite useful for attachments that were static and did not change often. They were stored at Box.net. Then I used the wiki attachment tool to only handle those attachments that were temporary. The could easily be added and removed at the wiki level.

Also, whenever the freeze on creating a new wiki is lifted (hopefully soon). A new wiki can be created specifically to hold more attachments. Each new wiki gets 40 more attachments. To use an attachment from another wiki, simply right-click on the attachment file name and select Copy URL address or Copy Link address depending on your browser. Then you can use that address as a link on your normal wiki page. When the link is clicked it should start the download process for that attachment .
