I think perhaps a Q and A might help here on the money issue
Does it cost money to register? Do you pay a monthly hosting fee to say GoDaddy? Do you pay an annual domain fee GoDaddy? What I think people want know is how much it the initial cost and how much do they have to pay anyone GoDaddy, wetpaint, etc on an ongoing basis Thanks in advance.

I don't want the URL that I currently have. If I go with a custom URL, will it completely override the old URL, or will it just redirect to the old URL?

I made a wetpaint and changed them theme to something else. But I dont know how to change the URL to match the site to its new theme.

I have a wetpaint wiki which needs a domain, I am using FastHosts (a domain provider) and I was just going to apply using my domain from FastHosts for my wiki, will it matter?
