Best selling author and real estate investor Carleton H. Sheets is dedicated to providing training strategies and educational tools to the public. His goal is to let others benefit from his knowledge and experience so they too can make millions in real estate. This is just one of the reasons his programs have sold well over three million copies worldwide.

Carleton Sheets was born in Illinois then moved to Ohio with his parents and younger brother when his father was transferred with his job. Carleton had an entrepreneurial spirit at a very early age and he even started experimenting with no money down business ventures which was an interesting foreshadowing of what was to come. His lawn mowing jobs and paper route required him to have a lawnmower and bike. He borrowed that money from family in order to more effectively do the job and paid them back in full with his earnings.

Before embarking on additional self employment ventures after college, Carleton decided to enter the corporate work force with a position he held for eight years at Armstrong Cork Company in California. During his tenure there he was transferred to North Carolina and Georgia. He met and married his wife and had two children. Later he chose to accept a Director of Marketing position at Lykes Pasco Packing Company which he held for two years before being terminated due to his lack of experience.
