Welcome to the Malden Building Co-op!

This site is for the residents and owners of the Malden Building Co-op, located on the corner of First Avenue and Pine Street.
We are a cooperative living environment, and ownership is limited to 20 members.

News & Notices

June 2006:

1. The citywide recycling program starts July 1, 2007. The city will start charging us on that date if we don't start separating our recyclables from our garbage, so let's start getting in the practice now.
2. We have one owner moving out at the end of August. Applications for a new resident are currently being taken; turn them into the board president (Elizabeth in room 350).
3. Next owners meeting will be July 28 in the main lounge. The agenda will be posted by the mailboxes.
   
4. Safety first: Officer Jim Esposito will be giving a talk on personal safety next Thursday in the lounge.

Rotating Dinner Schedule

Everyone agreed at the last meeting that we all eat out too much, and our kitchen goes unused. So, we're going to try a rotating dinner schedule so at least a few evenings a week you can find a meal at home (and hang out with your neighbors!). We need everyone to volunteeer to make at least one meal a month that will feed the crew. Sign up below!
