So far version 3.6 seems to be compatible with Wetpaint. I believe they are releasing the final version in November.

I notice that it says that IE 8 is supported, but what about IE 8 (8.0.7xxx - Windows 7)?
For that it still shows the message asking me to upgrade my browser....although I don't use it for Wetpaint, it will probably come up in the coming days following tomorrow's release of Windows 7. |

I keep getting this stupid pop up that says, "Windows Police Pro" Is there any way to keep this from coming up? I've tried everything that comes to mind. This stupid thing is making it impossible to make pictures, or send messages.

On my Mac computer, Firefox doesn't seem to agree with wetpaint that much. I can sign in, but I can't do very much in the way of editing or posting. If I try and edit a page, it works fine until it comes down to saving the content. Once I press "Save", an error always occurs, and it asks me to reload the page.
Also, when I try to post, nothing happens. The page just doesn't load. I've already tried clearing my cookies and private data too, but it doesn't work. Can I get some help? - Meadowsong

I used to not be able to access my account by signing in until the sign in thing changes. But now I can't read any messages! I have to use another computer before I can.
I use firefox, but I don't think that's the issue, because when I was on vacation (three days ago), I use firefox at an online cafe and it worked. It doesn't work on explorer on my computer ether. All wetpaint pop-ups do NOT work for me. What do I do?!

Camino is a Mozilla/Gecko-based browser, sort of like Firefox but just for Macs. I've been using it regularly to edit pages, and it seems to work as well as Firefox, but looks & feels more like Safari.
I don't know if Apple ever listens to us Mac-users (we usually think they don't), but is there somewhere we could write to tell them we care about Safari being compatible? They've come out with a new version (Safari 4), but I've heard that some people have had problems with it, so I have not gotten it yet. My husband did the upgrade, and I tried it -- the tools are still missing. Using MacOS 10.4.11 (Tiger). .

I have applied on line through my Wetpaint site ( on Sunday 31 May) to take off advertising as I have a school site as a distance teacher with The Correspondence School., Wellington NZ.The ads are still there today. Can you let me know when they will be removed and if there is any problem with this.I would really like to open up my class site, as I think Wetpaint would be fantastic for us, a small group of students ( and approved adult supervisors). I will not do this while the ads are showing as this would not be appropriate for our students. Can a site administrator help me with this, thank you. gill.percy@correspondence.school.nz

I'm trying to set up my wiki to appear on my accounts & services list on Flock. Wetpaint does not appear in the "blogging" list, so I clicked to "set it up manually." It's asking to choose between ATOM, MetaWeblog, Moveable Type & Word Press. Which do I select?

I have no problems when I sign in using IE or even Google Chrome, but when I use Mozilla Firefox, after pressing "Member Sign In" I get the window "Sign In", write my Username and Password and then press "Sign In", the button changes to "Signing In..." and a cricle starts to turn around. The problem is that nothing else happens. I let the window open for more than two hours, but it still shows the same.
I have tried clearing the cache and the cookies, but the problem is still there. I was using Firefox 3.0.7, but I have just upgraded it to 3.0.9 and the problem has not been solved. Any idea? Thank you in advance

I wrote a Wetpaint page which has both text with images. It looked just fine on my browser (Firefox 3.0.6 under Kubuntu Linux 8.10), until I changed the fonts seen with that browser. Now the page I made looks terrible. The text runs out long before the images do. I want to keep specific paragraphs "locked" to specific images. How can I do this? Thanks

Firefox never works right. I'd try to sign in, and have the right username and password every time, but it says in red letters that my account doesn't exist. Then I reload the page, and I'm signed in! It's weird. I can't post, Pm, edit, or do ANYTHING on Wetpaint using Firefox! I don't have the same problems on Safari, but I can't edit at all using that. I'm not a computer expert, so can someone help me?
Thanks! ~Jess
