When I click the edit box, the color, font, size buttons are not working, the bold, italics and those buttons are the only ones that will work. It's been that way for awhile. Help please?

Hi, folks,
One of the members of my invitation-only site can't join because it says her e-mail address is already registered. (I think she may have tried a Wetpaint account a long time ago, but she doesn't know her password.) I can't find a place to actually contact a site manager to see about having her original (defunct) information removed. (Hmm -- am I making any sense? Hope so.) Anyhow, if you folks have any tips, let me know. It's clear that she won't be allowed to register with her e-mail address unless someone from Wetpaint removes the old info. |

Help! I keep getting the message that says Based on the content you are ineligible to make a wiki. I had only completed the second page and it wasn't anything bad... how do i find out why it is ineligible?
