I changed a typo from "not" to "now" in "Custom ...." Budde claims to have reverted the change and locked the page. But the page looks not to be locked and my correction still seems to be there. What happened? Why is history so misleading? Or do I misunderstand everything?

Ah, now I see a mistake of mine! The "not" I changed to now was in "not opt-out" instead of where I later thought it had been. Despite my mistake, I feel maligned by Budde who seems also to have preserved a typo in that process and prevented anyone else from fixing it. Ah, well, perhaps he is auditioning to become a Republican.
