Love the updates to the photo galleries!
I created an album, uploaded multiple photos simultaneously for it, and created a slideshow. However, I wanted to show a sequence of events in the slideshow -- and the photos were not uploaded in that sequence. It would be nice to be able to change the order of the photos in an album (so that slideshow sequence can be controlled) --- perhaps by adding a "Move" function in the "More tools" actions list for albums. I suppose the way to avoid this problem of mine is to not upload the group of pictures -- but upload them individually in the order needed? |

Tried to upload pics.
Couldn't do it. Updated Flash Player. Can't upload pics. Cleared Cookies. Can't upload pics. Updated all ADOBE applictions. Can't upload pics. Cleaned PC using CCleaner. Can't upload pics. Tried resizing pics using various programs: ACDSee, CS3, PicResizer. CANNOT UPLOAD PICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CANNOT UPLOAD PICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CANNOT UPLOAD PICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry guys but you made a mess when you updated the photo galleries.........my site is always in the top 10 cause we make so many pages each week and it gets members involed..........BUT.......you have made it so hard to post pics that we have dropped to #41...........boooooo..........stop fixing things that don't need to be fixed............

It's a great thing,I loved the gallery.Well I am using a wiki http://princes-amrita.wetpaint.com ,it's really nice,east to create/add.But I am waiting for some new things like style......

When you start a thread form a photo, it shows up when you visit the photo, but if you go to the thread, the photo doesn't show up.
I started a thread on our private wiki because one of the photos was just awesome. I titled it "Great Photo" and wrote my compliment. When I clicked on the "What's New" tab I saw that I had started a thread. I clicked on the link and was taken to the thread, but there was no photo to be seen. I thought maybe I'd screwed up (it's happened before, see http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/thread/1717978/Nice+design) so I deleted that thread and wrote it again. Same results. Third time I put a link to the photo in my comments and even though it still didn't display when I went to the thread, at least a person could find the photo I was talking about. Starting a thread from a photo should do one of two things: 1 - Take you to the photo with the thread displayed or 2 - Automatically append the photo's address to the end of the thread |
