I'll use an example to explain the Top Contributor Module.
Lets say you have 5 members.
M1 - 12 contributions - Last active December 12, 2008
M2 - 683 contributions - Last active October 1, 2009
M3 - 8 contributions - Last Active November 20, 2009
M4 - 1,872 contributions - Last Active November 19, 2009
M5 - 2 contributions - Last Active November 20, 2009
Okay with those stats I can make a list and explain it.
1. M4
2. M3
3. M5
The list is sorted by highest contributor active in that current week. Since M1 and M2 hadn't been active in the week, even though they have more contributions they will not be ranked. After activity is judged, it goes by highest total number of contributions. So even if M1 only gets 2 contributions in the week and M3 gets 500, since M1 has a higher total as long as he is active in the week, he will top the list.

"I run a successful site. We always have members join and rarely have them leave, but when they do, I'd like someway to know why. I suggest when you choose to leave a wiki, there should also be a button as to why they are leaving.
Such as:
not interested
disappointed with content
joined by mistake

I think in general, it would help the creators get an idea why people leave.

Why not put a poll on your wiki with those questions. There was a poll on Wetpaint recently to ask why they were canceling their memberships. A poll like this is a great tool to get an idea of your community membership activity.

exactly my train of thought, but even though i am a proud owner of a Warrior RPG site i agree. I think that deletion would help a lot, not just the option but something like if the site gets no views in a a year or no contribution in any form or message in a year then it would be automatically deleted

If you are using IE 6 you will likely find that you cannot access the EasyEdit button. You will need to install a modern browser such as Microsoft IE 8 or Mozilla Firefox 3.5 to use Wetpaint normally.
