Hi, I was wondering whether you could help me because I've recently started a new site and am finding it hard to find good organised people to be mods, I don't want to advertise the site untill it's got up and running (members may join but be put off because it's too bare).
I've posted numerous threads on this site and otheres and asked people personalyy in message form and knowone has replied/said yes.
Have you got any tips for finding good mods ?
