Hello my names Amber I'm 15 years old. I am a huge huge CSI fan. the only problem is no one I know is as into it as me. so I've come to speak to people who actually get what I'm saying. I'm also a big svu fan. but not as much as csi because I can watch csi a billion times and it never gets old, but svu I can't it just bugs me. I know I'll like this site. and hope to find many people to talk to. I also like House, Bones, Kyle xy, Avatar:the last air bender, anything that makes me laugh, and Disney movies the old ones. Its an odd mixture I know. I have a lot of photos too because I love to decorate. fav actresses: Angelina Jolie, Mariska Hargitay, Marg Helgenberger, Jorja Fox, Jodie Foster, and Dakota Fanning. fav actors: William Peterson, Hugh Larie, Johnny Depp, and others i can't think of now. "Sara Sidle is carrying a heavy weight on her these days. When the eighth season of csi opens, Jorja fox's character will still be where she was at the end of May's finale: stuck under a car in the Navada desert courtesy of a psycho killer-and Fox's contract negotiations with CBS. But while producerspromise to resolve this cliff-hanger one way or another(though they're staying silent about fox's fate- hmmm, she's not in the network's cast shot, left), they do say her costars will be carrying their share of the dramatic weight this season. "It's a year of transition on csi," says executive producer Carol Mendesohn. "A year of people growing." For instance, she says that after Gil Grissom (William Peterson) is done looking for Sara, the bug lover will start "to see the problems of the world" by examining a beehive. He'll find a hive in a haunted house and take it back to the lab to study. "He's trying to figure out why honeybees are dying around the world.It's his science expirement for the year," Mendelsohn says. Grissom will also have csi veiwers buzzing when he ends up working with without a trace's Jack Malone (Anthony LaPaglia) while investigating a serial killer on the move. The crossover episodes, airing Nov 1, "are like superman visiting batman," says executive producer Naren Shankar, with each actor appearing on the other's show in "an intense, action-packed case that goes from vegas to L.A. to maybe south of the border." Caterine Willows (Marg Helgenberger), meanwhile, will be spending her year pondering ways to change her life following the death of her father last season. According to Shankar, "She's going to get involved in the construction of a casino project her dad was working on when he died. That's going to lead to some substantial, potentially career-altering decisions." Warrick Brown (Gary Dourdan) faces some big decisions of his own. His marriage is going to get rockier just as he has a brush with old Vegas mobsters. "Bad things can happen when you get involved with bad people," Shankar says. The highlight of this story arc, he adds, will be an episode directed by William Friedkin, who made peterson's 1985 film "To Live or Die in L.A." As Warrick's woes mount, they test his friendship with fellow CSI Nick Stokes (George Eads), who, it turns out, is stressed about stepping forward as a leader in the lab. "The question always is: Grissom is the superviser, but who's the superviser-in-waiting?" Menelsohn explains. The evidence says it probably won't be Sara.
