Just because you aren't on the list doesn't mean you're not helpful. To be honest, you're very helpful! Just keep answering questions and I'm sure everyone else will notice that too.

You can't become an admin. Only wetpaint staff can.

Administrators and moderators are basically the same thing. The only differences are that moderators cannot promote people to administrator and they cannot view and/or change the full site settings menu. Moderators are just as powerful as administrators, they just lack a few permissions.

As Awesomegamingstaff said, the administrator rank is reserved for only the wetpaint staff. The highest a non-wetpaint staff member can be is a moderator. The full title for someone like myself, a moderator who does not work for wetpaint but helps the community, is a Community Moderator. The others are called Wetpaint Moderators, because they work for wetpaint.

There's nothing that says members of the community can't be Admins. It's just safer with only two Admins.

You are right. Because someone could pose to help and work their way up then destroy this site.
