Trials and tribulations,
My lifetime to unfold;
Emotions of this poet,
Forever to be told.

Many of my childhood,
Young adulthood too;
Now I am much older,
I still write to you.

People should all write poetry,
Set some emotions free;
Doesn't make themn disappear,
But it seems to help me.

Look within my poetry,
And you suredly will find;
Thousands of others suffer,
Of that pain within ones mind.

You wake in the morning,
To begin another day;
Lord walk with me again,
I always pray.

Life goes on,
Time goes by;
Somedays are great,
Somedays I cry.

They say today,
The sun will shine;
Within my heart,
It will warm me fine.

Our time on earth,
Seems so quickly done;
No more time left,
For earthly fun.

The Bible tells us,
Our Heaven will come;
Be patient and loving,
For the words He promised...
...will be done.
