There are many gifted and talented people are out there who do not make it to the hall of fame due to different reasons. The reasons can be political, social, economical, eduvational, etc. No matter what the reasons are, the only thing they need to bring to the individuals so they do not make it is disadvantage.

We may have national beauties who may not be able to compete on the world level, national soccer players who may not stand up to the international challenge. Did someone ask himself or herself this questions:

Could it be that from the start we made a wrong pick? Is it that a right pick was left out just because they were financially, or geographically, or educationally, or politically, or genderly disadvantaged?
