That's Ranma's dad. Who turns into a Panda when splashed with cold water. And back into a human when splashed with warm water. Ranma turns into a girl when splashed with cold water..
It's a really funny manga xD It's by the woman who wrote InuYasha

It's one of the few manga I haven't read. I was a little skeptical about reading it, but I might give it a read.

It's really funny. There's a lot of mini plots, and the characters are really funny.
It's hilarious; a great read!
And I sound like one of those people's on the back of books XD lol
