It happened the first time I met her,, I knew instantly what is was now like running into an invisible wall,of the bad tone of another human, she was one apart, as a person,, and she only thought to share her own unhappiness, which was now aimed at me a child of five years old,,her unhappy tone of sound came,, from deep within her,, these,, were sad tones of a woman who's situation at the time,, was not unlike my own family, we were immigrants into England back in the fifties,, new arrivals into Northampton UK,,this true tone of life came from one young Polish mother,, I ,, then an innocent five year old, an Irish family, who came here to work in England,, history shows,, it was all due to labour shortage in England and the economic state of our countries, of our origin mine Ireland,,,her's Poland.

<P>I have my life, what do I need you around me for, you little Irish bst'd, I understood the tone of harshness coming from the tone in her words,, I can remember her tone in them words still, ringing in my ear's, to this very day, that’s what the tone,, there was from some of the people of that time, summer 1958 Lawrence St Northampton England, I had met my first racist,, what a greeting,,for me a mere child to receive, the same bad tone,from other's of that day was also given to my loving Irish family, and indeed many other nationalities of that time, arriving here,,and,it all happened for me when I was only 5 years of age 1958, I had no control I was brought here by my Parents, back in 1957, we first lived in a little village in Banbury a year,my ,father was a Master builder, back home in our native Ireland, but this was today and people wanted progress,, and the work was in England,mainly building a New Road Called the M1,,, and here was where skilled labour was required,, Joe my dad, and two of older brothers,Jimmy and Vince were set on as shuttering carpenters,,,anyone who has any inkling about what shuttering and concreting is,, and many do!!!know for a fact ,,that there is certainly not,,, today,,, or ever been, much glamour in that old game.</P>
<P>for me and my role of our family back in them times, my parents, twelve children making up our catholic family of fourteen, before England we had all been living happily together in our little cottage home back in Cadamstown County Kildare, life was sweet,, for me as the baby, one of twelve,,until that time in my life,, I had only known the pure tone of my family's love, we were a large family with quite a few mouths which needed feeding,, plus add the economic situation in Ireland, which was given more through circumstances of life, than anything else we arrived, to settle in England living firstly in Banbury Oxford. Staying there for a year and then we moved into a three story terrace house in Northampton 51 Lawrence Street
We didn’t arrive here as beggars though my Father had money in his own pocket from an auction that was held, parting with what our possessions were at the time, selling off some pieces of land,livestock,furniture etc, I had my first feeling of a families combined sadness back then,having to leave the peace and queit pace of life in Cadamstown. </P>
<P>So now is now,, not then and here I am 50 years on along the line of life and I still can hear the same old load of old rubbish been repeated, sadly now by the people who, themselves were the immigrants of yester year, and your words repeated say>(they who ever they seem to think they are!!!!!should all p!!!ss off back to where they came from) what is it in this ignorance of people all about,,,think long and hard about this,,, now compare your own existence: we are each our own part of immigration people arrived with sadness of homes left behind, arriving in new unknown country's the uncertainty of been a different culture everyday not just here in this country but in most countries throughout the world, the truth for children as being not through their own choice, but rather through the same circumstances as what were mine, coming from way back in history since the dawn of travel.
