Kawccna walked into the old barn. A friend said that Tawk lived here, and gave homes to wanderers. As the cold winter was coming, Kawccna decided she needed a place to stay.

Tawk leaped out, excited to meet the first to join her sanctuary. "Hi! I'm Tawk, do you wish to stay?"
"Yes." Kawccna replied. "I am a rogue."

"Brilliant." Tawk beamed. "Right this way, you can choose your room."
Tawk showed Kawccna a variety of nests, including up in the rafters, down under old haybales, in musty shelves, and on a window sill.
In the end, Kawccna chose a large cubboard on the second floor, lined with downy feathers and grassy hay.
"Enjoy your stay!" said Tawk brightly.
Kawccna nodded, and curled up to sleep.
