Well I know that there are some sites with some like http://pokemonfansite.wetpaint.com/page/TutorialsWe work on paint.net which you can get at getpaint.net and download it Also you can learn about many things from the official paint.net site http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/ Here is the tutorial page http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/viewforum.php?f=29 The beginners page http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/viewforum.php?f=34 Also you can look at anything there. That will teach you a lot about it. If you want to know anything I do I am here for you to ask. I will do my best to answer it.
