How do we use one? If so.. could you help me get a good Pikachu one? Lol, I never had one before on here.

Right Click on it and save it to your harddrive and uplpad it to your profile.

Not to be a hassle.. But is there any chance that the white background to the avatar could be removed, so there's just the Pikachu walking and no background? I'll understand if that's not possible lol.

That is something I cannot do. The original had a white background. All I did was to recreate the gif to a smaller size. Sorry, cannot help with the background.
If you can find a transparent animation to start, I can resize it to allow as an avitar for WP.
