I saw the very first Lost episode when the plane crashed and still rememb erthe jet engines being on the beach and completely separated from the rest of the wreckage. The jet engines were both still going and if I remember some guy got sucked right into the still running jet engine. I thought to myself how can the engines still be running when they are not even close to the crashed airplane. After that I think I watched a couple of shows and they were about as absurd as the opening show.
